What it does
Settings is your account control panel. The Profile section holds your display name (shown in emails and at the top of your dashboard), your login email, and your password. Notifications controls the two Monday emails Zendora can send: a weekly results digest and a weekly performance report. Integrations covers the Google Calendar connection that pushes your scheduled posts into your calendar. A Danger zone at the bottom lets you delete your account and all its data. Each section saves on its own — the display name and the email toggles apply as soon as you change them, while the login-email and password changes each take a deliberate confirm step.
How to use it
- 1
Open Settings
From the dashboard, go to /dashboard/settings (the Account area) to reach all of these controls on one page. If you're an agency currently acting as a client, exit client view first — Settings always manages your own account, not the client's.
- 2
Set your display name
In Profile, type how you'd like to be addressed and click Save profile — it appears in your emails and at the top of your dashboard.
- 3
Change your login email
Enter a new address and click Send verification; the switch only completes after you click the confirmation link sent to the new inbox, so the field keeps showing the old address until then.
- 4
Update your password
Enter your current password plus the new one twice (8+ characters), then click Update password — your current password is verified before the change is applied.
- 5
Choose your email preferences
In Notifications, toggle the weekly results digest and the weekly performance report on or off; both send Monday mornings and each toggle saves the moment you flip it.
- 6
Google Calendar (coming soon)
The Integrations panel shows a 'coming soon' note for the Google Calendar push while we complete Google's app verification. In the meantime, use Export to calendar on the Calendar view to download an .ics file and import your schedule into Google, Apple, or Outlook.
Tips
- The weekly results digest summarizes your last 7 days (posts completed, posts overdue, follower change across connected accounts, and your top-engagement post); the weekly performance report adds each connected account's headline metrics (followers, engagement, reach/views) plus a link to the full branded report to view or export as a PDF.
- The one-click Google Calendar push is coming soon — for now, use Export to calendar on the Calendar view to import your schedule into Google, Apple, or Outlook.
- To connect Instagram, YouTube, or a Facebook Page, head to Page Analytics rather than Settings — that's where the social-account connections live.
- Deleting your account from the Danger zone is permanent and removes all your data, so export anything you want to keep first.
