Availability. One-click OAuth connect is live in the app for Professional/Business Instagram accounts and YouTube channels. Facebook Page OAuth is built but stays hidden until Meta App Review clears the required Page scopes (it's off by default). Any other platform — TikTok, and any account you'd rather not link — is supported through manual stat entry, which has no automatic sync. Instagram must be a Professional (Business or Creator) account, and YouTube's Google access may require app verification for accounts beyond the initial test users.
What it does
Page Analytics is your single read on how your social accounts are performing. Connect Instagram or YouTube with one OAuth click — or add any account by handle and type its numbers in manually — and Zendora stores a snapshot of your followers, reach/views, and engagement. From each snapshot it generates prioritized, specific recommendations ("post more Reels," "your Tuesday posts outperform," and so on) plus a short written weekly diagnosis that reads your trend and tells you what to do next. OAuth accounts refresh on a daily background sync so the trend charts stay current, and you can hit Sync now any time to pull fresh data and regenerate the AI advice. It matters because it replaces guesswork with a clear, repeatable answer to "is this working, and what should I change?"
How to use it
- 1
Open Page Analytics
Go to /dashboard/analytics from the Analyze section of the dashboard nav.
- 2
Add an account
Click Add Account and pick a platform (Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok), then choose how to connect.
- 3
Connect with OAuth, or enter manually
For Instagram or YouTube, choose 'Connect with [platform]' and approve the OAuth screen — Zendora pulls your first snapshot automatically. For TikTok (or any account you don't want to link), choose 'Enter manually' to add the handle, then use Add snapshot to type in followers, reach/views, and engagement by hand.
- 4
Read your recommendations and diagnosis
Review the prioritized AI action steps and the weekly written diagnosis for each connected account, switching with the platform tabs when you have more than one platform connected.
- 5
Sync to refresh
Click Sync now on any OAuth account to pull the latest numbers and regenerate fresh recommendations. The daily background sync keeps data current but deliberately does not re-run the AI advice — that only refreshes on a manual sync or a new manual snapshot.
- 6
Track the trend over time
Use the Trends charts and sync history to watch followers, reach, and engagement move week over week and see whether your recent changes are paying off.
Tips
- Instagram must be a Professional (Business or Creator) account for OAuth to work — personal accounts can't grant the analytics permissions. See the Connect Instagram guide for the exact steps.
- Re-sync within about 30 days to avoid gaps: the daily-trend backfill only pulls the trailing ~30 days, so long stretches between syncs leave permanent holes. (Trend charts cover YouTube and Instagram; manual accounts show snapshot dots instead.)
- If an OAuth account stops syncing, look for the Reconnect prompt on its card — access tokens occasionally expire and a quick reconnect restores it.
- Recommendations regenerate only on a manual Sync now (or a fresh manual snapshot), so click Sync whenever you want updated advice rather than waiting on the daily background sync.
