What it does
Content Plans turns your business brief and accumulated Brand Memory into a ready-to-shoot week of post ideas. The AI drafts a varied mix of post types (Viral, Educational, Value, Personal, Promotional) and, for each idea, gives you a scroll-stopping hook, the best-fit platform for it, and a short execution tip telling you what to actually film, record, or make — you write the caption (in the Captions tool) and hashtags (in the Hashtag tool) on demand, so you control the final wording and tags. Posts are spread across the days of the upcoming week so you have a real schedule rather than a pile of ideas — and because it learns from the briefs you write and the edits you make, the voice gets closer to yours over time. It saves you the blank-page work without auto-posting anything: you stay in control of what goes out.
How to use it
- 1
Open the Posts workspace
Go to /dashboard/plan, the unified Posts workspace where your current week of content lives.
- 2
Generate a week
Click Generate to have the AI build a week of posts from your business brief and Brand Memory, spread across the days of the upcoming week.
- 3
Review each idea
Open any idea to see its post type, hook, best-fit platform, and an execution tip for what to film, record, or make — then write its caption on demand in the Captions tool.
- 4
Revise a post that misses
Use the per-post revision option and describe what to change — the AI rewrites just that post while keeping the rest of your plan intact.
- 5
Mark posts done as you publish
Tick posts off as you post them (you publish on each platform yourself) so the week stays accurate and your completed posts feed back into Brand Memory.
- 6
Regenerate or restore anytime
Generate a fresh week whenever you want; older plans are archived and can be restored if you preferred a previous one.
Tips
- Fill out your business brief carefully first — the richer your brief and content method, the more specific and filmable the hooks and execution tips will be.
- Use revision feedback that names the change you want ("shorter hook", "less corporate", "add a concrete number") — the AI picks up on recurring asks and applies them to future plans.
- Mark posts complete after you publish them; kept posts and your edits both train Brand Memory toward your real voice.
- Switch between the Plan, Calendar, Queue, and Approvals views in the same workspace — they all read the same posts, so an edit in one shows up everywhere.
