Media Library

A private place to upload and store your own photos and videos so you can reuse them across Zendora, including pulling images straight into the Image Studio as edit references.

What it does

The Media Library is your own collection of source photos and videos, kept private to your account. Instead of digging through your phone or desktop every time you plan content, you upload assets once and they stay in one place, ready to reuse across your plans. Images in your library can also be sent into the Image Studio as reference material, so a real photo of your product, space, or team can anchor an AI edit — when the Image Studio is enabled on your account. Files are stored privately and only ever shown to you through short-lived links.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Open the Media Library

Go to /dashboard/library — it lives under the Create section of your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Upload your files

Click Upload and pick one or more files — supported formats are PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, MP4, MOV, and WebM.

  3. 3

    Stay within the size limits

Images must be under 10MB and videos under 50MB; larger or unsupported files are rejected with a clear message so you can resize and retry.

  4. 4

    Browse and manage your assets

Your uploads appear newest-first as a grid; hover any item to see its file name, size, and actions.

  5. 5

Reuse an image in the Image Studio

Hover an image and click Studio to open it in the Image Studio pre-loaded as an edit reference. This button shows only on images, and the Studio needs to be set up on your account to use it.

  6. 6

    Save or remove items

Use Save to download an asset back to your device, or Delete to permanently remove it and free up a slot toward your 100-item cap.

Tips

  • Upload the photos and videos you reach for most — product shots, your storefront, team photos — so they're one click away when you're planning.
  • Only images can be sent to the Image Studio; videos are stored for reuse and download but can't be used as edit references.
  • You can select multiple files at once in the upload picker — they upload one after another in a single batch.
  • Deleting unused or duplicate files keeps you under the 100-item cap and makes room for new uploads.
